摘要
液体催化燃料电池技术是一种基于电化学原理将生物质能直接转化为电能的绿色、高效生物质燃料电池发电技术。为了研究大功率的液体催化燃料电池技术发电性能,对液体催化燃料电池进行了功率放大试验研究。开发出放电面积为100 cm2的单电池,通过将组建的小型燃料电池组和中型燃料电池组串联,搭建出一个发电功率为52 W的燃料电池电堆,并对该燃料电池电堆的泵损耗和造价成本进行初步分析。结果表明,该燃料电池电堆的泵损耗为9.87 W,占电堆发电功率的19%,整个燃料电池系统的总造价成本为1.55万元。
Abstract
The liquid catalyst fuel cell is a kind of green and highly efficient biomass fuel cell power generation technology,which converts biomass energy directly into electricity based on electrochemical principle.In order to study the power generation performance of high-power liquid catalyst fuel cell technology,the scale-up experiment study on liquid catalyst fuel cell is carried out.A single battery with a discharge area of 100 cm2 is developed,and a fuel cell stack with a power of 52 W is built by connecting the assembled small fuel cell bank and medium fuel cell bank in series.The preliminary analysis on the pump loss and cost of this fuel cell system shows that the pump loss is 9.87 W,accounting for 19% of the fuel cell power.The total cost of the fuel cell system is RMB15 500.
